Zack is a highly skilled commercial finance broker who specializes in SBA Financing (7A and 504), Multi-Family (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD), Owner-User Real Estate and new development. His lending platform is broad and well networked which allows for him to find the absolute best loan solution for any business, investor, or developer. As he joins the SMI Commercial Real Estate team, Zack will be obtaining his real estate license so that he may provide end-to-end solutions for his clients as they grow their real estate portfolios.
During his career, Zack has been involved in over $50MM in commercial loan transactions and has developed relationships with private investors all the way up to real estate centered equity firms. Over the last 24 months, he has focused his expertise to multi-family credit structures.
Zack’s career started in retail banking roughly eight years ago as a Teller at U.S. Bank. Over the years, he has traversed the corporate ladder in management roles as well as producing roles, in retail and commercial banking. With this experience, Zack has gained the understanding of business development, relationship management and what it means to provide a high level of service to his clients.
Beyond providing lending and real estate services to his clients, Zack has a huge desire to invest in commercial real estate as a private investor. Not only does it interest him for the purpose of growing his wealth, but he has a vision to build communities for people to thrive. Zack is extremely excited to join the SMI Commercial Real Estate team and looks forward to growing his expertise in Commercial Real Estate.
